Signing in
What an account adds, and what it does not gate.
What signing in gives you
An account exists so the app can remember things across your devices. It never gates reading.
- Where you stopped, in the Quran and in the hadith, kept separately
- Bookmarks, with your own notes
- Memorisation progress and its review schedule
- Reading plans and their streaks
- Your mode, theme, translation and reciter choices
What is stored
Sign-in is through Google. Qiyamah keeps your Google account identifier, your email, your display name and your avatar URL — nothing else from your Google account, and no access to anything in it.
Your location, if you use prayer times, stays in your browser and is never stored on the server unless you save it deliberately.
